The Estate Table

Dining & Wellness

Every meal begins in the garden. Every treatment uses what the estate provides. Nourishment, here, is not an amenity — it is the reason.

The Kitchen

Chef Marco Bianchi
at the estate table.

Marco trained under Alain Passard at L'Arpège in Paris before spending three seasons at a biodynamic estate in Piedmont. He joined SolenneHouse in 2019 with a single brief: cook what the land gives us.

The menu changes daily. There is no printed card — your server will describe what was harvested, caught or foraged that morning. Wine pairings are drawn exclusively from the Marchetti estate cellar.
