Portfolio Demonstration Notice

Solenne House is a portfolio concept project. It is not a real hotel and does not process real reservations or payments. This privacy policy describes how information submitted through the reservation request form is handled. Please do not submit sensitive personal or financial information.

Information We Collect

When you submit a reservation request, we collect the following information:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Requested check-in and check-out dates
• Suite preference
• Number of guests
• Special requests or notes

Why We Collect This Information

Information is collected solely to demonstrate the reservation request workflow. In a real hotel context, this data would be used to respond to your enquiry, confirm availability, and arrange your stay. For this portfolio project, submissions are reviewed by the developer to verify the form functions correctly.

How Information Is Transmitted and Stored

Submitted reservation data is stored in a Supabase database (PostgreSQL). Supabase is a third-party service provider; their privacy policy governs how they handle data at rest and in transit.

Upon submission, a notification email is sent via Resend, a transactional email service. This email includes the submitted reservation details and is delivered to the project administrator. A confirmation email is also sent to the address you provide. Resend's privacy policy governs how they handle email data.

Data Retention

Submitted data is retained in the Supabase database for the duration of this portfolio project. You may request deletion of your submission by contacting the project administrator. We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing purposes.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Basic analytics may be collected by the hosting platform to monitor performance and uptime.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have submitted. As this is a portfolio project, please treat any submission as non-sensitive and avoid submitting real payment details, government identification, or highly sensitive personal information.
